The standard brand warranty for the products that we sell covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by lightning, physical damage, burns, short circuits, or similar incidents.

The warranty period varies by product as described below:

  • Hikvision Cameras, DVR, NVR and PoE Switches: 2 years warranty.
  • SMPS and Hard Disk Drive: 1-year warranty.
  • Accessories: The warranty does not cover accessories like the adapter, mouse, cables, BNC connectors, DC connectors, or Cobox.

If covered under warranty, please contact us to claim the warranty along with your order number.

If your product is under warranty you can bring or send the product to us and then we will send it to the brand’s authorized service center for repairing it for free. After fixing the product we will deliver the item back to you within 7-14 days.

If your product is outside the warranty period, you can bring or send the product to us after which we will provide you with an estimate of charges for repairing. Upon receiving your consent we will send it to the brand’s authorized service center for the repair. After fixing the product, subject to the availability of spare parts, will deliver the item back to you within 14-21 days.

Our maintenance service includes system checks, cleaning, firmware updates, and troubleshooting.

We recommend servicing your system at least once a year.

Yes, we offer maintenance contracts for ongoing support and regular servicing.
