The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations are possible before the order is shipped. After shipment, you can refuse delivery and return the product.

We have a friendly 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags or stickers, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items once installed at your premises are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 6-8 days and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
