30-Days Friendly Refund Policy: At Lynktr, we’re here to help and make things right. Our flexible cancellation and refund policy is designed with you in mind.

Cancellations:

Need to cancel your order? No problem! You can cancel anytime before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can simply refuse delivery when it arrives and return the product to us.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item should be unused, unopened, with stickers and / or tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Alternatively, you can also drop the items directly at the address provided below. Please note that returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Received something damaged or not quite right? Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s an issue, contact us right away so we can fix it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Once unboxed or installed at your location (home, office, etc.), items are not eligible for return. For any defects noticed after installation, our standard warranty terms will apply. We encourage you to inspect items thoroughly before installation. Got questions? We’re here to help with any concerns.

Exchanges:

Want something different? The quickest way is to return the item you have. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your bank or credit card statement.
