Hikvision iDS-7104HQHI-M1/S is a 4-Channel, 1080p, Mini, 1U, H.265, AcuSense DVR. It comes with the following features and benefits:

• 4-Channels and 10TB HDD Support: This mini DVR has 4 channels. Thus it can connect up to 4 Analog or 6 IP cameras. It can also connect 1 Unit of Hard Disk Drive with up to 10 TB capacity for recording footage.

• Advanced AcuSense Technology: This DVR uses Hikvision's Acusense Technology. It is an intelligent video analysis technology based on deep learning algorithms. It detects targets and classifies them into humans, vehicles, and others. It thus reduces false alarms, so you only get alerts that matter.

• Facial Recognition*: This technology identifies and verifies individuals based on their facial features:

  • Face Picture Library: This feature lets users to upload the face pictures of individuals for faster recognition. Users can create libraries with up to 16 face picture libraries with up to 5000 face pictures in total. 

  • Face Picture Comparison: The system does the comparison and search of face pictures. This allows for efficient monitoring and investigation.

• Motion Detection 2.0*: It uses deep learning algorithm which is on by default for all analog channels. It can classify humans and vehicles. It reduces false alarms from things like leaves and lights. It also supports quick search by object or event type.

• Perimeter Protection*: It sets an alarm when humans or vehicles enter a set line. It can be useful for areas where humans are not allowed like industrial areas. Also useful for areas where vehicles are not allowed like public areas. Perimeter protection is available for up to 2-channels.

• H.265 Pro+ Compression: This DVR has H.265 video compression technology. It achieves better video with half the bandwidth and storage of the previous standard (H.264).

• Encoding: It can record at up to 3K/5 MP Lite resolution @ 12 fps. 

• Enhanced IP Mode**: Connect up to 4 AHD cameras or up to 6 IP cameras with Enhanced Mode switched on. 

• 5-Signals Input: This DVR supports 5 signals input such as HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS/IP. This allows to connect other cameras, that uses those signals, to this DVR for encoding.

*Face picture comparison, motion detection 2.0 and perimeter protection cannot be enabled at the same time. Enabling one function will disable the other two.

**Using Enhanced IP mode on might conflict with smart events (motion detection 2.0 and perimeter protection) or other functions.
