In Smart mode, person or vehicle detection switches on the camera’s white light for colour viewing. When activity ends, infrared black-and-white viewing resumes. Smart mode and event settings must be configured on the DVR.

Setup notes: In TVI mode, camera video and audio travel together over coaxial cable. Confirm audio recording during setup. Smart mode and person/vehicle event settings must be configured on the DVR. The 9 supplied cameras use 9 of the sixteen BNC camera inputs. Connect cameras to the supply according to its wiring instructions. Check camera-end voltage under night load, connector polarity and junction-box sealing at installation.
